He left us, but he cautions the smokers.

I was a smoker, on and off, for thirty yeDon LaFontaine I quit nearly
twenty years ago, but that crap has a tendency to lie doggo
in your system. It finally caught up with me, and as you've
just read - it ain't pretty. For those of you who are in the
Voice Over business, and you think that smoking is adding
some wonderful quality to your instrument - WAKE UP! Quit!
Today! Whoever you are - if you smoke - Stop! All you are
adding is garbage to your vocal cords, and a nice deep layer
of tar and poison on the linings of your lungs.
I tell you all this, because I need to clear the air, because
there has been a lot of speculation out there, and because it
should serve as a cautionary tale. Even though the growth
on my lungs has been erased, there are still a few miles to
go before I'm back to 100%.
But that, I can assure you - is going to happen!

JAKERS THE ADVENTURES OF PIGGLEY WINKS

"El Dorado". (1984). Personaje inventado por los creadores de la serie "THE SUPERFRIENDS" Hanna-Barbera y la cadena de Television ABC, con el obvio propósito de ganar televidentes entre los niños de habla hispana.

El "Dorado" obtuvo cierta popularidad además de causar alguna controversia.  Sus "poderes" nunca estuvieron muy bien definidos pues hasta yo mismo que lo interpreté desde el principio, me preguntaba muchas veces sobre la razón de su inclusión a la serie. Cuando fui a la prueba, se me informó que el personaje era un heroe ¿MAYA?.

La renovada y segunda faceta de la serie, duró tres temporadas.

Después de la interpretación de "EL DORADO" puedo decir que me hice amigo de Superman, Batman y especialmente de la linda Wonder Woman. Como usted puede imaginar, yo lo disfrute plenamente.
